Terry, I bought mine from Esoteric Sign Supply as well. It is a photocopy of the catalogue since it is out of print, but it gives ideas of period design on the glass panels. (Not to mention period pricing!) Paul, Rick Glawson's brother, has taken over the store since Rick's death. I've purchased a few things from them since then and I assume they still have the books.
