Dora and I drove down on Sunday to Pat and Bobbie King's. On Monday morning(the birthday) the 4 of us drove over to Sam Sanflippo's shop to visit for a while. We had our own little Letterhead/Gearhead meet for a few hours, then headed home.
But, alas, it is all over now, and time to get back to work.

It's a nice time of year to celebrate a birthday. We've got 2 big shady maple trees in our front yard that are bright red. And guess what, I got that leaf blower/mulcher that I requested. I don't have my 3 sons at home anymore to take care of that chore, so my aching back is going to get some help. Thanks again!!!!!!

Have a blast, gather your kids and hug them to pieces!!!!! here's to a very long and prosperous life!! It's a joy just knowing you, as your generous spirits is what makes you spark! (and of course your better halves have a lot to do with it too, take good care, hope to slap some paint with you in the near future.

Yeah Dave, we are both getting old, but I will never be as old as Bill. With our birthdays on the same day I wont even gain on him for a few months each year.
I guess in a couple of years I will have to start checking my grip before swinging my 9 iron though(espescially if there is any water around).

Don, my 9 iron was spotted at Wrigley Field in Chicago, home to the "Wait Til Next Year Cubs!" It was being used to chase the guy who robbed Moises Alou of that foul ball that started the Cubs downward spiral to defeat.
