i have a customer that has to have the alumacore, with the coraplast in the center and so my question how are ya'll cutting this stuff into smaller peices.

I just cut it using my circular saw with a 180 fine tooth blade.

circular saw,cut with a plywood blade, then you need to run a file on the cut edge....iam gettin to like this stuff more and more...its $80 for a 4x8 sheet..but i tell the customer and show them what they are getting.

fine tooth saw run backwards. .. won't catch or grab. Makes a really much smoother cut

I use a fine-tooth metal cutting blade in a sabre saw (scroll saw) - Cuts shapes nice and easy.

Old Paint... get yourself a deburring tool for around $7.00. One pull down each edge results in a nice smooth edge that won't cut you. The file is obsolete.

Steve: I used the end caps for the first this week.
Looks great and the customer loved it. Charged more for it. I will be adding edge caps on most of the time from now on.
