Well I finally had time to take a few pictures and get them up here. By the way I just used Photoshop 7's automated web gallery - very easy and slick for unimportant stuff like this.
We still have a lot of work to do including hanging our samples and stuff. Its about 3000 sf and is working out very nice. I am in search of an affordable spray booth for our paint room as well. We just got the sign up last weekend and would still like to do the mural on the wall when the weather clears up a bit. The sign is lit with LEDs which we did completly in house except for the service hook up.
On a funny note - my 4 kids were helping me move stuff and we finally finished getting it all moved so I told them we were done, then my 5 year old son says to me "Dad, you forgot my dresser - I need my clothes!" - He actually thought we were moving in to live here! It was so cute, and he was perfectly happy with the idea of living here.

Great Brian! did you do the faux finish if thats what you would call the wall pattern? Looks nice. Very clean & comfortable work spaces. What are those extensive color charts above your large format machines? For that matter... what machines are those? Does that PS7 webgallery format allow for viewing pics full screen?

Yes, it is pretty great, thanks. Doug, the walls in that room were really bad - some sort of MDO with nails so we chose to use a glaze and give it the "big sheet of plastic" treatment. It really worked out well and you cannot even see the imperfections unless you really look for them. The Color charts are CMYK and RGB values for off our Durachrome printer - we find thats the easiest way to get a match. And the machines are then a Durachrome and a Durasign cutter.
We had enough walk in traffic the first month to more than cover the lease and we did not even get the building painted and the sign up for 3 weeks - just a banner. Hopefully a good sign. I am not fond of the solicitors and "can you make me a sticker" people but thats not too bad so far.
