We've just recieved the following notice informing us that Letterville will be down for one, possibly 2 hours early Monday morning.

This is to advise you that we will be performing maintenance on your server as follows:

WINDOW STARTS : 29-Sep-2003 06:00 EDT/EST
MAINTENANCE DURATION : 2 hours
DOWNTIME EXPECTED : Approximately 30-60 minutes in window.
WINDOW ENDS : 29-Sep-2001 08:00 EDT/EST
MAINTENANCE LEVEL : URGENT
TYPE : HARDWARE UPGRADE

DESCRIPTION:

We need to perform an emergency hardware maintenance on the server's system volume (hard drive). In addition, we will take this opportunity to upgrade the processor and memory for increased performance.

We apologize for the short notice but this is an emergency maintenance window.
