I assume you have set the Letterville Home page as your homepage in your browser.
Try Ctrl + Refresh , or go to tools/internet options in your browser and retype the homepage. Otherwise set another homepage in the options and explicitly type this one and add it to favourites. Clear all the cookies as well.
If that doesnt work , download a freeware anti spyware program from Tucows and run it to delete spyware. An anti popup program is also good and a Firewall like Zone alarms or Sygate personal firewall(both free)is absolutely VITAL.

Rodney is right on about installing some sort anti-spyware program on your machine. Many of the programs we install also sneak small bits of code into our systems that provide feedback to advertisers and often allow them to push targeted ads our way.
My favorite weapon aginst this sort of thing is a program called AdAware from a company called Lavasoft. They have a free version available at http://lavasoft.element5.com/software/adaware/
One other suggestion. Make sure you are going to letterhead.com and not letterheads.com Both will work, but everything is configured to work with letterhead.com.
Another simple thing often overlooked is your systems time and date. Just last week, we had a user experiencing all sorts of weirdness at the website. After repeated attempts to cure his issues, we discovered his clock was set for 2009. It's usually the little things that drive ya crazy.
