I've done a few HDU signs and have backed them with MDO to add thickness and make the signs sturdy. I know that some people prefere to buy really thick HDU rather than back it with something but I prefer to use a backing. I've heard some use a PVC board to do this but Im not sure what they are using exactly Ive never used pvc for anything and am clueless about what to buy and where to buy. any suggestions I need a material that can be easily cut to shape with a jigsaw and that will bond to HDU, and something that is not really really expensive basicly something similar to mdo but that wont rot
