I just got a call from a guy here in town that asked about pricing on just a layout/interface design (no content creation or special programming) for two websites he wants to setup. One is a realty website, the other is a pornography site. What a combo....
I told him $1500 for each site... Sheesh I thought he was going to cough up a lung!
He says "I wasn't expecting it to be that much."
I responded with "I know how much money realtors and adult site operators make, $1500 for either is a drop in the bucket."
An acquaintance of mine is a brand new realtor.. she just finished up her real estate classes two months ago and she's already bragging how she made $40,000 in commissions in that time.. you think I'm gonna let them get away on the cheap?!?!?!

LOL Mike... Do you have a term for an A/C repair guy that just NOW shows up at 3pm to take a look at a busted A/C unit on a 110 degree day?
It's bad enough I gotta sweat my ass off here, but having to wait for these people when I need to go visit clients and suppliers is just icing on the cake.
There's gonna be some ice cream getting slammed down tonight.
