Do you ever wonder how your personality is coming across on the BB. Type your membership number in the search feature and read your posts - they should give yopu a pretty good idea about how you are coming across. Some maybe surprized with what you find.

In fact, hit "post preview" & read them even sooner... you never know, someone else might read them too, so it probably is a good idea to give 'em a look-see of your own.

I noticed early on that a few of mine were sounding negative and noticed also I was replying to other negative posts and some off topic stuff...I quit all that and tho I read some of those same posts today I just shake my head quietly and laugh sometimes to myself and go on.
I don't like being "baited" and try not to bait others...these days I will select posts that sound as tho the person is sincere and seeking help...if it is something I "know" something about or have experienced in the past I will post.
If I see a really up beat post I may chime in with and "amen" and go on.
I hope my posts are recieved with the intent in which they were given...just like everyone else from time to time I miss the mark I'm sure... but hopefully this post will let people know I'm not "shining them on" or trying to get a rise out of someone just for the fun of it.
I'm not into "blowing my own horn" but from time to time I like to post a picture or two of whats going on around here.
I particularly like meeting people here and inviting them to our home ...we have had no axe murderers yet and have (hopefully) created some long lasting friendships with people that have accepted from all over the world (they know who they are).
This site has been responsible for many long and wonderous trips to meets we never would have made otherwise and has taken us as far as Ireland and England...A special thanx to Steve and Barb for having this site for us.
Oh and I also noticed my posts get a little long winded from time to time (like now)

Hi Kelli, I know you got bounced recently. I've said it before, I'll say it again...We'd be a lot more consistently productive if we preview our responses with the acronym "THINK" in mind. That is, to check whether our reply is T-thoughtful, H-helpful, I-important, N-necessary, and K-kind. It works wonders.
I've also noticed sometimes an attempt at humor can be seriously misread, and a little smiley face after a snide remark doesn't make it ok.

My posts??? Usually I paint them, and then one end gets put in the ground... frankly, I prefer that people look at my signs rather than my posts.
