Just wondering what name brand and color of paint to use under the size when gilding on HDU. I have been trying different name brands & colors and have not been able to get a color that I am happy with yet. -------------------- Dennis Raap Raap Signs

1-Shot Metallic Brass works nicely as well. By itself I feal it resemles actuall gold-leaf better than the imitation gold. Just my humble opinion though. The yellow underneeth seems to make the guilding "punch" just a little more. -------------------- Glenn S. Harris ....back in the sign trade full time.
