I cannot access this BB anymore from this desktop unless I use the "back door".
If I try, I get a save file dialog box in windows XP, it wants to save a file named "ubb" its not actually a file that I can tell but rather something is gone wrong.
I'm guessing that the cookie set for this page may be corrupt but have no idea which one it mught be or if that is even a valid reason.

I'm not sure what is behind your probs Rob. We did do some BB updating, but this is the first access problem I'm aware of.
Couple simple things people should always check first.
1. Make sure you are using the right address. The correct one is www.letterhead.com/ubb That's letterhead! Not letterheads. Letterheads will work, but the site features will not work correctly.
2. Your cookies are only saved for a year. It may be time for you to reset them. Here's how...
Let's clear all your old Letterville cookies first. Look up to your right and click on my profile. A new window will open. Look for the link that reads Delete All Cookies Set by This Forum and click on it. Make sure you remember your username and password before you click.
You will have to login again, and once you do so, your new cookie will be set for another year. If none of this works, give us a call at 519-787-2673.
