Glad you asked this Dana. We know the current database is a real pain in the butt. We're working on a new, fast database right now. In addition, we are putting together a new Supplier Page at www.letterhead.com/suppliers/ You'll see that all Letterville Merchants now have an easy to click icon. Hope you like it.

Dana, you don't have to enter anything for state, or even for country. If you leave it as it is, it will find all occurrences. If you don't get any hits, its because no one is listed under that product.
To convince yourselve, try this:
Select "CAS Systems & Accessories" as the category. Leave everything else as it is and click "Search Now". You'll get 5 hits, four in the USA and one in Canada. Now, do the same thing, but select USA as the country and click "Search Now". You'll get 4 hits from various parts of the country; the one in Canada is not there. Hope this helps.
The database does need some modification because this is not intuitive. Steve, can't you just add "ALL" to the top of the list so people realize that they don't have to narrow the search if they don't want to?
