Only in Letterville.com could you 'meet' great folks who talk 'sign language' virtually and as you go through life meet many of them in person later.
Back in June I was blown away with the kind folks who read of my adventures on-line and then jumped in their cars and drove hundreds of miles to give me a hand on those murals in Sterling. It turned a challenging job into a great adventure!
From time to time a fellow Letterhead will drop in on me for a little visit, something I always enjoy. It is great to chat with fellow brothers & sisters of our craft, even if we sometimes do things a little differently. I always learn something and hopefully the visitors go away with a little more than they came with too.
Today I had a delightful visit by Peter Schuttinga & his family ( D Zines Sign Studio )from Victoria, B.C. Nice folks!
The visit was a little short, as we were a little hard pressed to get ready for a massive concrete pour tomorrow morning. But they did get a round of golf in at Giggle Ridge as well as a tour of our new shop/studio under construction. I look forward to picking up where we left off at the meet in Nanaimo!
Thanks for taking the time to drop in Peter!

Thanks for the kind words Dan. We have our days here in Letterville when it feels like everything is going down the toilet. Then I read a post like yours that suggests Letterville actually brings people together sometimes. We need to hear that sometimes.
Pssssstttt! If I run away to Yarrow, will you adopt me? All I need is an engineer hat and a crazy train to drive.
