If you receive an email message with an attachment from admin@usachoice.net (or admin@ any other domain) DO NOT CLICK ON THE ATTACHMENT!! It contains a virus that contains an email worm.
I saw this warning on www.4edgetalk.com on Aug 7, received an e-mail of this nature today. Our Norton anti-virus didn/t pick it up, I didn't open it.

Yep, Diane, we had a spate of those admin@viruses in Oz two weeks ago (2nd August). I wondered why I couldn't go online one night and thought maybe since I was a couple of days late with the phone bill cheque, I was being made to suffer, but the next day the emails as they came in, had that virus/worm, followed by an email warning from Bigpond explaining it all. I went to PC Cillin and downloaded the latest updates, and all was well (after deleting the necessary admin@ worm). It's a horrible thought how people can sneak these things upon you isn't it.
