I would volunteer to do this one, but if I did, Penny would probably divorce me for taking on something else.
Right now, I have the Recreation Soccer League that 1. I'm on the board of Directors 2. I'm U-12 Comissioner 3. In the spring I coach my daughters U-10 team and in the Fall I coach a Boys U-12 team.
I am also involved heavily in Megan's Select Soccer Club where I am...
1. On the Veterans Memorial Tournamant Committee 2. I am on the Uniform and Image Committee 3. I am the Team Manager for Megan's U-10 Select Travel team.
As well as I will ride the lawn mower over at the fields from time to time.
Penny has said I cannot "Volunteer" for anything else for awhile........
I hope someone else steps up....
I will help someone if......Whack.......OUCH!!!!! Nevermind, Penny saw me typing

I did indeed volunteer to run the next one. I will set up the parameters (that is "guidlines" for all the vocabulary police... LOL!) for this go around.
Have a great one!

Wait, back that torch up there buddy. Let's have an official close to the first one first. Is it fair to say that anyone who didn't do theirs yet probably won't? (no judgements)
Just call the thing done and make the website for Steve to host (you know I'll help if needed ... sure others will too). To just dump everything because of a few doesn't seem right to me. There were far more positives about the whole project to just forget the whole thing because of a couple of negatives.
For those (of us) that gave but didn't recieve ... hopefully we enjoyed the making more than the waiting ... I did. I've basically given up on seeing a panel, which really doesn't bug me ... I haven't given up on seeing the "end" results of the whole thing.
You guys should probably be able to figure the next one out in Quebec ... but could we please put this one to bed first?

Hey Rob, I'll let you work on it Wednesday night before we leave for Quebec!
Fine, I'll try to keep pecking away at it. I think I made it a little more complicated than it needed to be. So now, half way done, finishing it still seems a little daunting. It was designed with all the panels in the order of how they were sent, so there are a bunch of holes where finished ones are supposed to be. It'll have to stay that way. I also gave up hounding people for details on their panels, so most will have details, some just a picture.

As another one who recieved no panel, I have to go along with what Mark said. Just end it and have a display of all the ones who did contribute. If any body gets a panel after all this time, it can be displayed with the gallery of next years panels, with a notation. Like Mark said, it's easier to just come to grips with the fact you're not getting one, and move on to something else. I will have more fun making another one, than I would sitting around waiting for last year's panel to get here.
Bruce, you can put me down for one.......

Bruce, Please count me in. Is it still gonna be based on the town of Letterville?
Terry, Not to intrude, but if you need help with the html let me know. I can give you a hand with it. Not sure how you're doing it but if you make a home page, a content page, and a nav bar file (frame set), dupe the content page a couple of times, the whole thing will be done in no time. Like lightning. If I could only be so confident with a brush...
Dream Weaver has a great drag and drop feature that speeds things up and fills those gaps with a click (or two)! The style sheet is a time saver also.

Timmerman... Sanity... Now there are two words you don't often see in the same sentence.
The motion to close the First, Innagural, Number One, et al. Letterville Panel Exchange has been made and and has been duly accepted. The motion was made by Mark Matyjakowski and seconded by Robert Carney.
All those in favor of the Motion will vote by the ancient sign of a Letterhead while voting.
All those in favor of this motion will vote now...
All hands down..
All against, same sign...
Hands down...
The ayes have it and the motion has been passed. Brother Shortreed, will you please record the vote? Thank you.
I will let you know when to register for the draw and what the cut off date is. I will have the logistics of the projects ready at that time. I will try hard to have everything ready for after FKAB.
We have a great idea for this one and I trust that you will all have a great time doing this. I, for one, can't wait.
I will keep you all posted.

OK, I've spent the night doing some more work on the website. Hopefully, I will have it put together right around the time Bruce has all the details together for #2.
CJ, I trust Jackson is aware that you are still planning on doing a panel for him?

Anyone, and I mean anyone, ever refers to this swap as "#2" gets it... Hahahahahaha! That's 'cause that would make the last a "pi$$er"... LOL!
John Deaton, get that can of whoop ass ready...

I have an idea - don't know if it is a good one or not - but if everyone just went ahead and did a panel and then emailed Bruce when it was ready he could tell them who to send it to and when they received it they could e-mail him a picture. That way if your quick you would get one back quickly too. Some of the really speedy ones could even do more than one panel and those who didn't get around to it wouldn't get around to getting one in return. Might help to alleviate any hard feelings and I think it would make it fairly simple to set up.

I would like to get in on this.. Whats the time frame as you know we're moving in 2 weeks and it will be a month or so before I get the new shop built. (I say A month but in reality it will be 4 mos)
I missed getting in on the first one, but it appeared that you got someones' name, and then created a panel, some of them really reflected the reciever (like something with a chicken for Adrienne), others reflected the sender. That was pretty cool.
Thanks Terry for all the hard work, after all you were the pioneer , but at least you did it!

Kelly, as to the quote you used below. "Pooh looked at his two paws. He knew that one of them was the right, and he knew that when you had decided which one of them was the right, that the other one was the left, but he never could remember how to begin."
