PNC 960 w/ new protection strip and new 45*blade. I have adjusted the offset and pressure setting to try to make this go away but nothing seems to help. It looks like a dull blade cut to me but the blade has only about 50 small graphics cut on it. badcut badcut2

Skip..I know that you are cutting from Corel. That requires a "HAIRLINE" outline...No other outline will work properly. Any other outline will create a "pounce" pattern like you illustrate.
ALSO...If you are using Windows 2000 or XP and are not using the LATEST driver, be sure to assign no fill and ONLY the hairline outline. With the earlier (6 months ago) driver, if you assigned a fill colour and a hairline outline the fill colour would cut as a pounce pattern and then the hairline would cut as a smooth cut also.
CHECK your pen outline thickness!!!
P.S. Skip...The driver you want (ONLY IF YOU ARE USING WIN 2000 or XP) is called d029260.EXE (it is dated 07/03/2003)and is found at the webpage below. This is the Japanese website not the US website (which only has the outdated driver that caused everyone so much hassle)

It just happens that Skip and I have e-mailed back and forth a couple of times about cutting from Corel.
