This font is available from Gemini. My customer has this as formed letters and wants it duplicated in vinyl. I can't find it anywhere and Gemini said they couldn't help.

Seems this is only a Gemini font. I think you need to digitalize yourself the letters of your customer. Sorry, nothing similar with identifont.
