I have drawn a simple circle,then applied 'Effect > ZigZag', then applied 'Effect > Twirl'. I have my desired shape but how can I convert this shape to vector, for import into sign cutting? When I view this in the 'Preview' mode, the original circle is visible.
Seems that applying the filters have no real effect on the original shape.

Curt After you have your desired shape from adding the filter and have it selected...under the OBJECTS...select EXPAND APPEARANCES...this will vectorise your new shape. Enjoy... Rick @ Trick
