I am trying to get the DocBox decals with the customers logo on them reprinted. I called DocBox directly and they keep telling me to contact my local graphics company. They don't seem to understand that I am the local graphics company!!
This decal is some type of matte vinyl with screen printed lettering and logo that can be written on with a china marker.
Does anyone know where I can find them? I called Stouse and they don't have what I'm looking for or at least they don't understand what I am saying. I'm beginning to think I am speaking Chinese or something.

The decal is nothing special. That is probably why everyone is confused. It is just standard calendared vinyl with a matte finish such as FlexMark IFW V-344. It takes china markers very well.
