I need to get hold of the folks at Vinyl Master Pro. Since my virus thing happened last week, I have had to re-format some drives. Now my IP address has changed (I did not know that would happen). So, I need to have them send me a new registration code. I have tried www.future-1.com, and www.ibsfuture.com, nothing seems to get through. Shaun Morrell, where are you?

Jeff,
I just went through something similiar. I went to start the program and got a message that I needed to put the cd back in to reload. I reloaded and then it became un-registered. I had to call and get help on how to get it re-registered. At the same time I wanted to take it off one computer and put on another so I had the gal on the phone start to help me tranfered it but she couldn't finished helping me because she had to take another call. I called back alter to get help and got some guy who insisted that all the instructions are on the web and that he couldn't help me. I keep trying to get it through his head that I was confused and needed help. I finally hung up on him.

I find their instructions on the website to be near useless but then its probably me. I get really confused reading which computer to get what number or code from.

Jeff, did you suspend it before you re-formated?
