i had that happen to me except it was a flying squirrel hanging out on my file cabinet...pretty funny....hey question for ya...since you do alot of edge graphics. i noticed you letter right over the windows with your edge prints...do you get the stuff with little holes for the windows graphics and just use that vinyl for the window part? then regular vinyl for the body of the vehicle....i have a van to do and wasn't sure if you combine both types of the vinyl. thanks neil.

Yes Karyn I've done that on most of my Edge jobs, but I'm trying to avoid it now, the Gerber Vision Prints just don't last, you might get 6months out of some colors and others might last a year, Gerber only warranties it for a year. I learned that the hard way.

Jeez Neil ... what kind of filing system you using.

I saved the above snap just to see what resolution it was because it took a long time to load.
this is it's file name
20036241273777376482454.jpg [Eek!]

I can understand the date function, but 16 digits after the date is pushing it... just how busy are you [Smile]

Anyone else using numbered filing system?
My names run like this 0306071, for revisions I retain the original file name followed by a letter ie. 0306071b, If I print a file name on a label or a form for a customer, I'll preceed it with 'cs' just so I know it's mine.

edit I'll start a thread with this .. I'm curious

Mike. What are you talking about? Filing System for what, It's easy to tell that you are a tech Guy, cause I don't know what you're talking about...lol, unless it's the File of the Photo.

The Photo is saved at 72 dpi as a jpeg. and uploaded to photo island.

Yes we are quite busy, really busy actually, drove mad, blocked solid, ready to burst at the seams...at the moment.... lets hope it keeps like this for a little while longer, now I wonder if I'm making any money, that's another matter.
