OK. I dealt with a guy that won't pay. I got it all the work orders & invoices in writing & signed by him. where do I go? what do I do? the whole deal was about $1,200. Yes, I AM gonna fight it.

Excuse my ignorance, but I don't know what your options are in PR. If you have a magistrate court or justice of the peace, go there first with your evidence and tell them your situation. I hope you get paid, sounds like it should be an open and shut case.

Try all avenues of collecting first and if that don't work...
Take the signs back. Scrape the lettering off the truck. You will feel better. Sign raids are fun. You may look a little nuts but they won't get something for free. He will then need his signs again. Sell it back to them cash only and call every sign shop within 10 miles warning them about him.
