Well, I'm back among the living. Thanks to all who expressed concern for my hospital visit.
I've heard that minor surgery is when someone else is having it and major surgery is when it happens to you. Actually, mine was minor but the cause for the surgery gave me just a little bit of discomfort for the past three weeks. A kidney stone had lodged and was backing fluid up into my kidney and that is not how the manual says it is supposed to work.
After several trips to the emergency room and some prodedures to get it out (which failed) they finally removed it by surgery last Friday. Today I feel much better and have started back to work.
Even though I am almost 60 years old, this was the first time I had ever been in the hospital. I was treated very well and got even better treatment at home from Jeanne. This morning she kicked me out of bed and said it was time to get back to work.
Again, thanks to the "family". Your prayers and comments were greatly appreciated.

Glad to hear everything turned out well. I have been trying to call you but the phone company is having some long distance problems, they won't go out, incoming yes,outgoing,no... aaahhhhh technology........LOL

Geez Raymond, I missed the post about going in - since its too late to wish you a speedy recovery let me at least say welcome back. I'll have to pay more attention.
