I am asking that all those among us who take stock in prayer to say an extra one for our own Raymond Chapman.
I spoke with him on the phone this afternoon and he is going into the hospital on Thursday for test and then surgery on Friday. I will let him give the details if he so wishes.
All I am asking is to keep a good man in your thoughts and mention him to the big sign guy upstairs.... as Bruce B. say's...Have you seen his signs??? (or somthing like that)
Good Luck Ray, The Haas family will be thinking of you.
Please know that you have my love and best thoughts. Don't forget that you'll have a bunch of "Guardian Angels of the Brush" with you - my dad and Rick leading the pack.
Big hugs my friend! Love, Kimberly

Ray is one of my original Letterhead heros. I've never really managed to forge a close personal friendship, but Ray is someone I have always looked up to as the type of Man I'd like to be someday. Over the years, through all the good and bad, Ray has remained a loyal and vital part of Letterville, as well as this thing we call The Letterhead Movement.
I once appointed Ray the Official Chaplain Of Letterville. He has a personal relationship with his God that rewards him added comfort at times like this. There are many times, I'm a bit envious.
We all love you here in Letterville Ray. Come back to us soon!

Raymond and Jeanne are very much “good people”! Prayers and well wishes for him and the caregivers that will be responsible for returning him back to the “Raymond” everyone has come to love and respect.

Steve, there really is no need to feel envious. I feel confident in stating that He is ready for you to talk the walk. It does take some effort on your part, just like learning how to pin stripe, but the reward is far superior. Like so many other things you have and will continue to face in this life, it is up to you.

I've never met you, but, the Letterheads in Michigan are pulling for you too. The beautiful words expressed here by other Letterheads say more than I can. Take Care, and know that He cares!

Ray, God Bless your hospital visit and surgery. I pray the Doctors use their best intellectual skill, and I pray the Surgeon gets a GREAT nite's sleep, is well rested and on top of his game. I pray the same over the entire operating staff, from anesthesiologist to recovery station nurse. In Jesus' name, AMEN.
I look forward to your next post here or on Mike's site.
