Wow... what's with this? Took the protective plastic sheet off a DiBond panel. It left a glue residue so bad we had to use Rapid Remover on the whole thing? Any one else have this problem?
I've seen it with acryllic sheets sometimes, if the sheet is allowed to sit in the sun. The sun heats up the glue (i guess) and makes it harder to remove to masking sheet. Maybe that's what happened with your Dibond?

I have had it happen to me on Omegaboard a couple of times. It left little sections all over the panel. I tried everything to get it off and nothing worked.
