Yo, Pierre!
For all us other non-french types... Dana just got the okay to get the time off so we will be attending the F.K.A.B. in August!
This will be just the fourth meet that we have had the opportunity to go to together. This was one of the cool things that brought us together to begin with.
I can hardly wait to see everyone there! I trust it will be as exciting as it appears it is going to be.

Quoting myself from an earlier thread that slipped outta sight before Pierre saw it:
quote:Pierre, I am still dreaming that I will be able to get away to your meet. I remember something about the limitation on the number of spaces available. Can you re-post some info about those limitations & where you are now with pre-registered attendee's.
I can't say if I will be able to make it but I don't want to be racking my brain trying to manifest that outcome past a point where it is no longer an available option. Partly the travel expense, but mostly the group decision making dynamics of having a new wife make it more difficult for me to just sign up on a whim.

That's wonderful news Bruce! And Kayrn is going too? Even better. This might just make up for our disappointment in missing Mass Mayhem this year.

Hey Randy- I have some leftover PINK hair dye, I can do a hair-coloring workshop on you @ FKAB. Right now my hair is intense red, but I'm gonna dye it brown to go abroad- wouldn't want anyone to think I'm a weirdo. Love- JILL

Sorry I didn't get a chance to hook up with you in Buffalo, it was a short trip, in late Tuesday, meetings all Wednesday and Thursday morning, gone again Thursday at 11am. I just missed you by phone at the shop on Wednesday afternoon, then lost connection with you (I think it was you) by cell on Wed Evening...
Anyway schedule seems to be concrete for August, I have to pick up my Daughter in St. John's and be back in Montreal with her by the 29th for my in-law's 50th anniversary. makes the Quebec meet undoable, however, if I leave here on the 23rd instead of the 24th as scheduled I'll be able to make the tail end of the meet and at least get to see some letterheads... If that's okay with Pierre..
Hope to see you .. and others ..then
Mike
