I need a source for 25 to 50 10.75''x3.5'' stickers 2 colors on white. these are to go on windows. I would like to also see about getting some two sided ones...seen from either side of the glass. I will provide the EPS or whatever file.

No sweat. We can do it! The two sided could be a challenge. It is not possible for us to print on an adhesive background. However, reverse read decals are no problem either. Call me (231).652.3300

Reversed graphics can be printed on clear vinyl with a background color, a blockout silver or grey followed by the background white & the right-reading 2 color design. Any edge owner in your area could do this for you.
Brian Stoddard is a wholesale merchant here whom I have only heard positive feedback about from our other neighbors.
