Just got back from the Post Office, they're on their way. Some might get theirs late in the week. I've got a few more copies but after they are gone I'll have to wait for enough orders to get some more duped.

Hi George, I just addressed the envelope & was about to search out that old thread to find how much money to include. $8 or $10 I think it was? I'll get back to my search, but figured you may want to add that info. here as well.

Peter, I haven't been keeping any records, just writing down addresses on envelopes as I get them, I can't say for sure, the name Dzines rings a bell and I do remember one going to B.C., as I remember the choices were air mail or four to seven weeks.......I sent it air.

I assume my copy's on the way. Perhaps you remember receiving the $50 bill I sent. I realize that is somewhat more than the going rate but would like for you to keep the change as a small token of my appreciation for getting these tapes out.
If you honestly don't remember getting the cash I sent, just let me know & I'll get another $15 in the mail to you (I'd send another $50 bill but things have been a litle tight lately).
I would never qestion the integrety of a southern gentleman like yourself, so, if the replacement $15 should fail to arrive (highly unlikely but.... it could happen) just let me know & I'll be more than happy to arrange for a personal delivery of another $15 by some friends of mine that happen to be in your area. I'm sure you'd get a kick out of meeting them.
I realize that it's been a while since you told me at the Sandcastle that you'd send me a copy of the raw footage tape (we have a lot in common when it comes to record keeping) so if you've already sent out all of the available copies, I'll be disappointed but am willing to wait for the next batch.
Once again, please accept my thanks & appreciation for spending the time & effort it takes to put these tapes out.
yer ol' friend, Chris
p.s. Don't worry about getting me directions to your place........we know where you live.

We got ours today George! I couldn't help fast forwarding to my own performance. First time I have ever had the opportunity to see myself letter. Am I slow or what? hahahaha
This is a wonderful piece of history. Thank You for capturing and sharing.

Steve, isn't that the weirdest thing to watch yourself? I thought I've been watching myself letter for thirty something years. Sure does give it a different perspective. I've had a blast with this whole project to say the least. I'm heading out to pick up some more copies today, so anybody that sent a check here lately , yours will go out tomorrow.

George, I started watching mine today. So far it seems really good. I got to thinking that anytime you start feeling good about yourself, just put it in and Ryan's comments will bring you back down; quickly. Thanks for all your work on this project.

Wow! Got mine yesterday, after a tough fight with my kids on taking out Harry Potter from the VCR, I was able to watch it! Lots of great talent in there! Even if I did really not impress myself neither my kids!!!

George - thanks, received the video yesterday & watched last night. I appreciate you taking the time to do this - it's always interesting to see how others letter. Our teenager walked in during one of the pauses as a panel was on the screen and said "way to go guys, you've gone off the deep end...you're watching paint dry" she thinks we get a little carried away with our enthusiasm for the business occasionally! Hope the cheque covered everything - the exchange rate has been moving fast lately.
