I guess we're about as far away as you can get and still be on the same continent. We're 2 hours from the Mexican border (if that) in Southern California and it was 114° the other day. Only supposed to be 105° today - you must have sent some of that frigid air our way.
Time to go through the garage again and make sure that there isn't anything out there that can't take the heat.
Hey Mike Pipes...you guys hit 120° over there in AZ yet? I don't know how you do it...I can't WAIT to get the heck out of here.

SNOW?!?!?! in JUNE?? and I thought that St Louis getting 2 feet of snow in April of '82 was bad... I remember that one even though I was only 6 years old, we had huge snow drifts in the backyard and me and sis' dug tunnels through 'em.
Kimberly, nope we haven't hit 120 yet, close though. Last week we hit 117! This weekend was 113, 114 or so and I spent all the time at the beach.. under an EZ-UP, which was setup out in the water. That's how we cope! Of course it's so dry here that when you get out of the water, you freeze your butt off cause of the wind.. imagine having goosebumps when it's 115 degrees in the shade... hehe.

Living in the Northwest and enjoying our celestrial 90º tempertures this week while drinking fresh squeezed California orange juice and BBQ'ing tri-tips in the back yard. Yes we are surrounded by lush green mountains and it won't rain til October.

I feel for you. It's been raining almost every day for the last 2 weeks here in New Hampshire. Today was the first day in memory that the sun came out for more than ten minutes.
Makes installs a true joy...NOT!

Do what Barb and I are doing Mike. Just close your eyes and drift back a month. Can you see us all frolicing on the beach at St. Petersburg? Remember sitting around the patio table in Nettie's backyard? Easter Sunday on the beach? Was it all a dream? Almost a month back in Ontario and it's still cool and rainy.
