Anyone that knows if there is any thinner Lexan that is printable in Edge2.
I need to get hold of 0,125mm.

We use Lexedge by Gerber. It's punched and edge ready, don't mess around with anything else. [Wink]

The thinnest we've used is 10 mil flexible Lexan from Sun supply in Spokane Wa. We use it for a carrier on our old 750 plotter.

I know this is no help, but 10 mil is .25mm. If the customer needs .125 mm, they will be needing 5 mil material.

I think Gerber must be testing a 5 mil lexan because it's showing up in the materials list of Omega 2.0. As far as I know it's not available yet.

I was just given some .020. Its used for the little item strips for menu boards. Is this what you are talking about?

-Laura
i think what i´m looking for is the Lexan that Diane is talking about in previous post.

I was in contact with Gerber earlier and they confirmed that they were testing a thinner (5 mil) lexan, but they couldn´t tell when it would be released.
They also said that it´s a lot of people asking about thinner lexan.
