The thinnest we've used is 10 mil flexible Lexan from Sun supply in Spokane Wa. We use it for a carrier on our old 750 plotter.

I think Gerber must be testing a 5 mil lexan because it's showing up in the materials list of Omega 2.0. As far as I know it's not available yet.

-Laura i think what i´m looking for is the Lexan that Diane is talking about in previous post.
I was in contact with Gerber earlier and they confirmed that they were testing a thinner (5 mil) lexan, but they couldn´t tell when it would be released. They also said that it´s a lot of people asking about thinner lexan.
