I had the same problem scroll bars every where and back and forth, near drove me crazy. And then it seemed to disapear and no scoll bar across the bottom of the right hand frame. ????? Maybe it was reading the old code out of hard drive cashe, but it is ok now.
I personally do not like frames on web sites as they consume a lot of screen real estate with information that I do not need to have on my screen all the time. Kinda like converting you 17 inch monitor down to a 14 inch.
The ideal is to have an option to view with "No Frames" or at least to be able to click and drag the lefthand frame to the extreme left so that only the edge is visible.
I like to keep my screen font size at mid setting and resolution at 600x800. (My bespectacled eyes have seen better days).
Please accept this as contructive comment, because I really love this site and what happens here.

I hear what all of you are saying and we are working to correct the problems. I'm a signmaker. This html stuff is still a real pain to me. It's especially hard to get everything looking good at all resolutions on both IE and Netscape.
About now you are probally shaking your head and wondering how we ever put Letterville together. Amazing what you can do with a book called "HTML For Dummies" and a little time.
No worries Steve, we'll let you know when we hate something. hehehe! So in the meantime, go ahead and learn away. We're anxiously watching the changes as they take place and enjoying the ride.
All your decisions are good as long as we approve.
