With all the swapping going on and seeing it has been awile sence we have had a "Business Card Exchange", how about a new one, but with a twist.
Everyone take 5 of your business cards and drop one each into an envelope. Now mail each one to a different Letterhead.
Now the Twist, You have to mail them to someone you have never meet in person.
Usually when we meet in person or at a meet we exchange cards anyway, so this will get your cards to more people.
If you want to do more than 5 that would be fine. Also I would request that you consider sending at least one overseas to the letterheads. (Great lakes are not "over-seas")
You do not have to post a reply, or even contact your reciepiants(sp?) in fact a surprize would be better..
Come on now, and there is no deadline, but don't be like I did with my panel and get them out 2 months later.

-Speaking of printing. Have you ever heard of the Zerox Doc12 Printer? This machine is great for short Ful color runs. Ideal for business cards and postcards.

Hey... this might be a good time to remind people to check their information on the "Find a Letterhead" page.
Make sure the address, phone number, etc etc etc is all correct and up to date!
I would be interested in participating... but I don't have any current business cards, only the old ones! I did start a folder with plastic biz card sleeves and have a couple pages full.

Wouldn't it be best to send your snail mail addresses via email to someone and have them send out to the rest of the folks or just email a bunch of folks and ask for their cards?
Just putting up our addresses seems to be asking for junk mail and all sorts of other things to be sent to our shops from - not so nice folks that scan message boards - know what I mean Vern!
Shoot - I'll send out postcards (costs me the same). Hit me up off list with your address.

Wayne, Dont want to be a spoiler but that Mail has been around for a few years. I saw that exact same letter in Colorado a few years back. I think they get the cards and put you on a massive Junk mailer and call list for donations... (SCAM) Be careful.. Wish i was wrong...

I just sent out mine to almost everyone on the list (some I've already given/sent to). The folks in other countries will be sent out tomorrow as I'll have to hit the PO.
Keep it alive
