I saw the same sign is Des Allemanes Louisiana. The one I saw advertised more than one Shrimp though. I followed the normal rule of pluraization.

We do not get a lot of 'Shrimp Thataway' signs here in iowa. ! But I did see a nice 'Paintball Thataway' sign the other day... was handdone with krylon on 1/2" chipboard, 4x8 nailed vertical on a tree by the road... and the top maybe 2' was all that was painted with blk lettering on natural background with some obscure script font. . unfortuanately the top corners were folding back a bit to embrace the 'post'.
I miss having relative easy access to the beach.
Ahh well, something to look forward to later i guess.
