William, Welcome to the BB. Quill, Hair, & Ferrill in Columbia,SC carries several different colors of smalts. They are a pretty good supplier of alot of the trade products. I don't have their number here at home. It is at my shop. Call me tomorrow and I can give it to you. 864-682-7810. Talk to Debbie she is the owners wife and runs the place.

If you want black, contact a sandblasting supply company. They may be listed under "Abrasives" in the Yellow Pages.
Black Beauty sandblast media is crushed boiler slag. It is dirt cheap, a few bucks for a 50 lb. bag and makes beautiful black smalts. It comes in various grit sizes. Rick Glawson steered me to that option over a decade ago.
Since Rick's untimely passing, there have been a couple of posts recently about sources for such esoteric items as different colors of smalts. Do a search and you should find all the information you can handle.
I think Canadian Signcrafter's Supply is carrying many of these items. They are a merchant here. Golden Era Studios, also a merchant, posted a resource list here recently.
