Along with Rogers rapidtac, use a nice sharp squeegee with a nice clean straight edge, lots of pressure, and patience.

Once the transfer tape has been removed, spray the vinyl with rapid tac for lubrication so you can run the squeegee over the top without tearing it. Some people like using the release liner between the squeegee and vinyl but you can't see the bubbles being moved out that way.

Then use a needle to pop any major bubbles, hit those areas with a heat gun, maybe coax 'em down with your finger and they will disappear.

Teeny tiny air bubbles will eventually disappear.

Hi

I have been installing vehicle graphics since 1979. I have never used wet application. I have had good success with a wide felt squeege. They are available through Advantage Sign Supply or a Sharpline Distributor. A clean surface and smooth install is the most important.

I strongly recommend that you try 3M ControlTac 180C or Gerber 250C vinyls --which both feature 3M's "Comply Performance Technology".

The stuff is AWESOME! I'm a hack when it comes to vinyl application and I can lay this stuff down bubble free (and fast) over corrugations and rivets.

Hello Rosemary!

It is SO NICE to see your smiling face (and little smiley faces) around Letterville again. I hope this means that you're continuing to feel better and better.

Say 'hi' to your dad for me, please. I've missed seing his face around "town" too.
