I was able to get this stuff from "Willie" WRISCO about 15 years ago. 1" alum. tube to make a frame, attach aluminum face and a choice of several edge treatments from a gold anodized extrusion to a simple mill finish 40 degree bend. I have to make a respectable looking wall sign framed 4'x10' specs. aluminum only. Eagerly awaiting some help.

I'm still buying the 1" square aluminum tube, and I believe it is Wrisco, from Neon and Flourescent Supply of St. Louis. N&F Supply 1-800-325-8570. I use the stuff all time. I make the frame, then put a strip of 1/2 VHB tape around the entire perimeter, then apply the aluminum to the tape. I've found that using screws tends to warp the aluminum. The tape does a much better looking job. If you go to their website, go to "products" then to "sign fab frames". It is wrisco brand.

You might give Eastern Metal Supply a call. They have lots of tubing. I do not know if they have pre finished or exactly what you are looking for. 800/996-6061
