many wholesalers carry JRS frames. JRS makes some slide in track pcs, but the sizes available may not meet your needs. Another idea would be the tracks used for changable letters like the price on gas station signs. These are seperate top tracks & bottom tracks that you could mount whatever distance apart that you choose. You can buy them in long lengths & cut to suit.

Try Howard Industries. They have an extruded aluminum framing system. I think they can track the faces for you, as well. I know they have a website, but I don't know the address. Try a search on google for Howard Industries, signage.
