I just started using Flexi 7 after years with Vinyl Experss. The VE had a great feature called power weed where you could tell the cutter just where you wanted to cut extra line to make it easier to weed. Like seperating lines of text. I don't think flexi has this same feature. Flexi will just cut around items at a given distance. Any trix out there?
Thanks,
David

David,
It's called easy weed under advanced menu in cut manager.

Thanks Larry, but it's not quite what I need.
Easy weld will cut a line around text at a set distance. If I set that amount close enough to seperate lines of text, it will also cut little boxes in the spaces between words, thus even more to weed.
Vinyl Express would let me put a weed line between objects or even thru text or graphics (not cutting the graphic of course)where ever I wanted it.

Just got back from the ISA show and saw a product that basically lets you weed a cut roll of vinyl any length in seconds. Flexi easy weed is not helpful for their product, power weed as you explain would work great. (www.weedersheeter.com)
I hope someone posts an easy answer besides putting the lines in manually.
