After years of living in the Sunshine State & Arizona, I had to have a basal cell cancer removed from my nose today. I'll know more in a couple of weeks if I need further treatment & plastic surgery.

I don't want any symphathy responses, just remember to wear your sunscreen.

Cheers

I remember when we were younger, the thing to do was lather on baby oil so we could burn faster! You had to burn in order to tan in those days! I don't know how I'm not a completely burnt up cinder by now.

Hope your news is good news! Thanks for the reminder.

It's times like these I'm glad I live in rain country. If I were in the sun like so many of you, I couldn't resist working on a tan all the time. Good thing bluish white is popular in Canada. [Smile]

Thanks for the head up {{Robert}}! Keep the spirit high and best of luck to you.
Times they are changing ... ironically, now a day, we need to protect ourselves more and more from the same elements that keeps us alive.

I must be a deamer, stupid little dreamer but...
I wish "we" find a way to fulfil our inborn craving to evolve as earth peoples without polluting so much and start healing this small planet of ours.

We now have to deal with the legacy left by ignorance (or choosing to ignore) toxic wastes from the beginning of the Industrial era up till now. then 60 years or so of gaz of the 2 or 3 cars per house plus the fumes of tons and tons of domestic wastes bury each years and so on. Now, amitting there is a mess is one thing. Finding a viable solution is an other.

Kind of weird to be conscious that it ain't only the big industrial plants that are under the spot light...it was so much easier thinking that I didn't have to care cause it was only me and who care what I waste anyway.

It's an uneasy feeling to know that my personal good or bad habbits adds up to every one elses and have a real impact on the way the sun shine on the planet.

We are the keepers of this place! Each and every one of us have an impact on our own environment and that ozone thing and water quality are the sum of the individual choices we make.
It realy is a small world after all.

Thanks for letting me share
É
