Need help.
My Roland PC 60 dosn't quite cut thru the blast mask. I have the presure up all the way and the 70 blade extended quite a bit.
The mask I use is Anchor hi tac.

If your software allows you to try setting it to 2 passes.........if not maybe you can duplicate the image and lay them exactly on top of each other so it will see two lines and cut twice.

Try it on a small piece first to test. Doing this you may allow you to back the blade pressure back down a little and readjust the blade depth so you don't cut clear through and damage the tephlon strip.

On a PC60, the max. "down"force of the blade is only 200 or 300. You need a bit more......like 500.

My brother uses a Roland CAMM-1 to cut sandblast mask. He had to switch to Hartco mask because it was slightly thinner and fed through the rollers better. I have tried to run mask through my PC-50 but it binds up in the print head.

I run my Anchor mask through my Gerber IV-A with Unilink board. I've been trying to kill that Gerber for 20 years and have only succeeded wounding it slightly. It is a workhorse.
