To anyone running CNC routers. How can I cut profiles out of 1/4" coroplast and get a clean edge. The problem is not with the face edge quality but with the vertical flute parts when cutting across the grain.
Ends up being fuzzy. Is there a special bit or feed rate that will give a nice clean finished edge to coroplast?

Thanks to anyone who knows a way of doing it.

hey bob,
I have cut the 10mm coroplast which is alittle sturdier. I run an onsrud 63-725 or a Belin. single edge O flute spiral. 18000rpm @ 275ipm. It's hard to consistantly get rid of the tabs, but if I remember right those numbers where pretty good. You may also want to try a straight like the onsrud 56-624, I found this works really good on sintra and acrylic.

I like Kevin's idea. I was going to suggest a single flute bit as it doesn't pull up on the material as much, and tends to cut like it's chipping away at the material as opposed to pulling away the material.
