Hi Everyone, I would like to know if anyone can tell me when there will be some sign shows in New England. I would appreciate any information that you can give me. Thank you, Stacy

You have one coming up in your neck of the woods (all things being relative) at the end of April. It’s not a large show by any stretch, but does allow for more in-depth talks with the various vendors that are in attendance. I was hoping to make the trip “up” there to the show this year, but I have committed myself to being on the other side of the States while the show is happening.
New England Sign Expo Massachusetts Sign Association Holiday Inn Boxborough Woods 242 Adams Place Boxborough, MA 01719
Tuesday, April 29th
And by all means plan to attend the USSC Sign World show in Atlantic City that Mark mentions. This show has grown to become one of the “majors” within the industry.

Sign Industry trade shows have their place, but there is nothing that compares to the excitement of a live Letterhead/PinHead Meet. You are in just the right place at just the right time.
Here's the info on a meet close to you.
Mass Mayhem 3 May 9, 10 & 11, 2003 Seekonk, Massachusetts Hosted by Mike, Jay and Deb (Zee) Szczoczarz
This will be a down to basics, grassroots meet and panel jam! The focus is on participation. No seminars are scheduled so as to leave it open to anyone and everyone sharing their own tips and tricks. Door prizes, music, fun and friends are once again going to be plentiful, this meet will be a not-to-miss one for anyone in the area. Because things will be kept to the simple Letterhead traditions, a nominal pre-registration fee will be required.
$30 for participants, $20 for spouses and non participating guests, children under 12 free please send check or money orders to:
Mike Szczoczarz c/o Countryside Signs 102 Pond st Orion Industrial Park Building F Seekonk, MA 02771

Alrighty Stacey.... as last years host and this years promotional something or other, this is your formal invitation to Mass Mayhem... we do have a great time, and knowlege flows for 3 days straight! here you will not hear about the latest neon tranform, or the benifits of LED lighting on channel letters... what you will get is normal sign folks sharing their knowlege, expertise and tricks to produce signs, lettering, pinstriping, wood carving.... and not to mention Joe Rees will be playing some great music and we just be having a real good time! You will definitell be sorry if you miss this one!

To all you wonderful people that responded to my question. In reguards to the MA meet. It sounds like a awesome time. But I have one huge concern. About 21/2 years ago I found out I am allergic to chemicals. I ended up in the hopsital with a swollen face, hives and had vertigo for a year. Since then I DO NOT get around chemicals. I have gone to just using vinyl only and when I airbrush I definetly use a mask. I only use metal signs now. When I looked at Steve's pictures I noticed a lot of painting going on. I can't be around frog juice, rapid tac, spray paint, etc. I don't want to be a pain at the party! But thank you to everyone that has been so nice. Maybe be I can just go to a show with no chemicals. You guys are awesome!!!!! Thank you, Stacy
