I bought a gallon (almost out) of the best black paint to use for the outlining on window splashes. The problem is the label is missing. What is the best out there now??? The last stuff came thick and I had to thin it down. Thanks in advance...

Rich-Art is manufacturing a real good product (maybe the best), very thick and very opaque but also very expensive. I use Pizzazz from A.R. Monteith a little less opaque but easier to remove and cheaper.

if you want a good flat black, get one shot bulletin paint...add talcem powder to paint it will flatten the gloss.
