This next Friday, Saturday and Sunday, (march 14-16) there will be a gathering (hord?) of stripers, letterers and paint slingers in general, at the 10th Annual Cavalcade of Cars show, Erie County Fairgrounds, Hamburg (near Buffalo) NY.
We'll be doing the "stripes for $$ for kids" thing all weekend. I'll be there, Paul Straus, Peter Gunn, Lenny Smith,and I'm told that Bruce Bowers and a plethera of those Buffalo area stripers (it's like playing guitar in Nashville...EVERYONE in Buffalo stripes) will be onboard as well.
I'm really looking forward to the event, it's a great show in general..Andy is the consumate host/promoter.
So swing in...tell yer friends (except for that one that never showers), and help support a great cause. All money raised goes to a local children's charity. ALL money, not a percentage, or what's left after a promoter makes his Lexus payment..ALL OF IT.
