I posted a while back wanting a way to run a file to my cutter (24"Novacut) with out having to use Flexi! I did not want to run thru a second software version...import -export, you know the story. I did know I needed a larger cutter so asking on the letterhead site , how can this come true?
Well...I did buy the Graphtec FC5100 and now cut directly from Illustrator...It's great!... It's Great!
I run MACS in our office and thru the process I checked out Summa & Graphtec...the only reason I choose Graphtec it I did not need a second software version to work thru to be able to cut...but I gotta tell ya, the sales staff at Summa I think are second to none, she is on the money! Graphtec you make a great product but you dont have the support or sales ability I think that Summa Impressed me.
Well I'm happy with my Graphtec and I'm sure I would be with a Summa also...but I'm REAL HAPPY not to have to import-export thru FLEXI.

Thanks to Graphtec & Summa
Rick @ Trick
