i'll try... the cast shadow vinyl is a transparent blue-gray that you may want to use for special effects applications. as example, cut red vinyl copy, cut same image in shadow cast, apply shadow cast to white trailer, offset apply red, and you have a nice "shadow" effect. another use would be if this example is applied over existing graphics to give an illusion of "real shadows". this way you would be able to notice how the original graphic underneath shows through the shadow film.

Avery makes a product called True Shadow. It's part # is A7840-S . It is a 7 year product. I have used it a few times on vehicles with good good results. Hope this helps.

There are "foils' for that same effect in printing with the Gerber Edge, but for vinyl I'm not sure Gerber having any. Avery's stuff is good, & Avery will most likely send samples, they have been generous with samples in the past.
