I'm looking for a changeable system that would allow slats or bars with with vinyl letters to slide in and out of a subframe. I've seen similar things used as menus in cafeterias, etc. It needs to be relatively simple. A local church is wanting a system that they can change each day of the week to show what events are taking place that day, what time and room they are being held. This is a large church that has up to a dozen different events going on in any one day of the week. I can only think on directory system terms but I know there must be a simple looking user friendly slat system out there somewhere.
Anyone have an idea on this?

How about using track for changable letter signs. Then either use the chanagable letters. If they have various activities that they do frequently, then put vinyl letters on a piece of plexiglass. The plexiglas can easily be slipped into the track. I use Binkley Signs in Georgia for their track and various size changeable letters. Their number is 800 251-3125
