I am wondering if any of you out there may have a signgold fill that I can use in either Adobe Illustrator or Flexi 7...
Flexi comes with signgold fills but they leave alot to be desired... I'm hoping for something that show the actual turning on the screen.
If no one has it, does anyone know if it exists? think it would go a long way in selling the signgold product to potential customers...
thanks for the help! Dave Cox

Take a look in the Illustrator Help file and do a search under Patterns (seamless patterns). There are some explanations on how to create and modify your pattern/fills in there. You can most likely do this whole thing in way less than a half hour.
I'm thinking you can make a circle, create a gradiant for fill representation of the gold, dupe the circle however many times you need and crop. I think you're time will be used tryng to get the proper crop so it is seamless and has the preferred size circles with correct overlapping. It will help if you do all of the cropping using the midpoint of the circle objects as guides.
Have a scanner? This can also be done in PSH (under pattern fills) if you don't mind doing your comps in bitmap.
Let me know how you make out. Any questions or assistance needed just give me a hollar.
