Hello, I'm brand new to this Bullboard, having gotten wind of it from a young lady named Samantha at Sign Warehouse. She said that someone here may be able to direct me to the best source for removable letters for sandwich board type signs. I'm referring to the letters that are typically printed onto small rectangular sheets of flexible plastic sheeting that are then inserted between two rails that hold them in place with a slight bow to keep tension on them. They are typically sold in "sets" that are supposed to contain the right amount of each letter of the alphabet to spell out a good number of different words. If anyone knows of a good source for these letters the information would be truly appreciated.

Welcome Christian, This bulletin board contains a wealth of information. You want to get "changable letters" I use Binkley Signs, in Georgia. Phone number 800 251 3125. They are great quality, great service and reasonable cost. They have a variety of sizes and colors, and you can buy the track that you install on the signs to hold the letters.

Thanks so much Diane for the information. Samantha said that the answers wouldn't take long, but this is phenomenal! I'll try the number first thing tomorrow morning.
Thanks again.

Hello Christian, another good source is Gemini Inc. I think their website is www.signletters.com.
They also have the track and have recommendations for lettersets. Beware doctors buildings - Lots of D's - MD, PHD, DDS, and so on. If you are doing names in a highly ethnic community you may wipe out y's and z's in a flash. Schedule boards eat up zeros and 1's. 10:30, 11:30 and so on.
The basic set is good for paragraph text. Vic G
