Salut Pierre! [...and apart from some choice swear words, that is about the limit of my "vocabulaire"]
When you first announced your plans, I posted an offer to support this meet in any way that I can...I don't think I ever heard back from you.
The offer is still good. Please e-mail me a schedule and drop me a note if there is anything that you need that you think ND GRAPHICS can help with. If I can, I will.

I don't understand your post above...Please do a not-so-swift "TETE CARRE" a favour and let me know (spell it out for me) how ND GRAPHICS might be able to help you with your meet.

A tiny question still alive in my mind, is it the same price for my beloved wife? ( i guess yes, since the sharing is free but not the rentals and meals...)

Pierre, now that I am being gingerly introduced to bitter cold again (never-ending snow and the like) I may consider next year's event. I'm still clawing my way up my own tree right now.
I do hope, however, that you have a lovely turn-out with some really great people!
(I do have a really large English/Francais Dictionaire )
Ha ha ha, the one word I had to fix a typo on was the word English! LOL
By the way, I've been known to hold a brush in my mouth for a minute, because my hands were full, but, I've never really gone beyond a business relationship with a brush...reckon.
